1  4 milk cups of rice

Step 1: The meat should be parboiled with Meat seasoning (salt, onion, Maggi, curry, thyme, chicken spice), then removed from the water and set aside for frying (when soft enough to consume). Note: While parboiling the meat, you may add water but do not allow it to dry out.

Step 2: Separate the meat from the water and deep fry it in groundnut/vegetable oil. Divide the water in half and use half (add water) to cook the rice until 70% done. Set away the remaining (meat) water.

Step 3: Making fried rice takes a long time and requires multiple hands. Chop the onions, liver, carrot, cabbage, and green beans and set them aside.

Step 4: Four cups of rice can be paired with 2 to 3 chopped medium-sized carrots, 1/2 kg of chopped liver, one and a half cups of chopped green beans, half cup of peas (optional), and medium-sized cabbage.

Step 5: Set the pot on heat, and add roughly 150ml of groundnut oil (the one used for frying the meat will do). 

Step 6: Allow to heat, then stir in the onion for 1 minute. Add the carrot and green beans at the same time, stirring and frying for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in the curry (curry is a yellowish spice that gives the fried rice its colour), followed by the chopped cabbage.

At this point, you will see a combination of yellowish carrots, cabbage, and green beans. Add the chopped liver, followed by the leftover meat (water), green pepper, salt to taste (it’s okay if the salt is visible a little because the rice will absorb some), maggi (spice), and thyme (optional); you may also add ground pepper if that is what you want.
