Step 5: Stir-fry the mixture, stirring constantly, for three to five minutes. For the best flavour, turn off the heat and serve the fried rice right away. To get the best results, You will have to let the freshly cooked rice cool before using it in this fried rice recipe

Before adding the rice to the pan, it should be cool to the touch. To allow the steam to escape quickly, spread the cooked rice out on a sheet pan or merely store it in the refrigerator for a short while.
