Step 1: Chop the carrot, green beans, and green pepper into desired sizes. Parboiled spaghetti in a bowl, carrots and green beans in a dish, and sliced tomatoes, onions, and peppers.

Step 2: Cook the meat and fish with all of the necessary ingredients, use only two seasoning cubes, one teaspoon of salt, and half a cup of sliced onions.

Parboiling the meat alone is an excellent practice since it allows you to remove the stock from the meat, which is an important aspect of Nigerian cooking.

When preparing any Nigerian dish, try parboiling the meat or fish with a cup of water and all of the necessary ingredients. This procedure will result in exceptionally excellent meat as well as meat stock (meat water), which is used to make the majority of Nigerian dishes. You can find out more about this practice later. Using an electric blender, grind the crayfish and the tomatoes/pepper together.

Step 3: Break the spaghetti into smaller (serviceable) lengths and parboil for 5 to 8 minutes, then wash and set aside.

Step 4: Pick the meat/fish when it is soft enough to eat; you can fry it or not; fry it in around 250ml of groundnut oil (you can lower the oil after frying).

Step 5: After frying the fish (lower the oil if it exceeds 150ml), add the tomato paste and fry for 3-5 minutes.

Add the sliced tomatoes/peppers and onions and sauté until the water has evaporated, which should take about 10-15 minutes. (Remember to stir occasionally to prevent scorching).

Step 6: Add the beef stock and 1 cup of water. Then add (ground crayfish, salt to taste, and leave to boil).

Add the spaghetti and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until almost soft, before adding the remaining onions, carrots, and green beans.

Step 7: Cover for the next 4 to 5 minutes and you have produced a fantastic spaghetti lunch, one of the most popular Nigerian cuisines. Stir and serve with your favourite beverage.

Additionally, ensure to put the veggies and spaghetti into the new saucepan and stir gently until everything is completely mixed. This way, the small amount of oil you use to cook the vegetables will spread equally and keep the spaghetti from sticking together when it’s cold.
