1. Two cups of washed long-grain rice

2. One jar of oil-drained Ata Din Din Sauce from Egunsifoods

Step 1: Rinse the beans under running water until they are tender, then set them aside.

Step 3: Clean and cut the tomatoes and onions. Combine the crayfish and pepper in a blender.

Step 4: Light a pot, add the palm oil, and let it heat up. Next, add the onions and toss them around a little. Finally, add the sliced tomatoes and fry them.

Step 5: After it’s well fried, add water, crayfish and pepper mixture, Maggi, and salt.

Step 6: Pour in enough water to thoroughly cook the rice and beans. After that, add the rice and beans, stir everything together, cover, and cook until it’s done.

How Much Oil Should I Put in My Rice?

For every cup of raw rice, measure out one and a half cups of water and one teaspoon of olive oil. 3 cups cooked rice can be made from 1 cup dry rice. In a medium saucepan, combine the rice, oil, and water; whisk to mix. Bring over high heat to a boil. Simmer after that. Once the water reaches a boiling point, lower the heat to low and secure the lid tightly. Allow to simmer for fifteen minutes.
