6. 1 tablespoon ground crayfish (optional)

7. 1 teaspoon ground locust beans (iru)

8. Assorted meats or fish (such as beef, goat meat, chicken, or fish), cooked and chopped (optional)

9. Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the palm oil in a large saucepan over medium heat until it’s hot but not smoking.
