Step 1: Wash and boil the beans until they are tender, then rinse with clean water and set them aside.

Step 2: Parboil the rice wash and leave aside

Step 3: Boil the stockfish in water with a small amount of onion, curry powder, and a seasoning cube. Allow to soften until the water has nearly dried up.

Step 4: Heat a saucepan and add the palm oil. When it’s heated, add the onions and fry.

Step 5: Combine the crayfish, pepper, and the remaining seasoning cube. Fry until the froth develops, which should take no longer than a minute.

Step 6: Pour in the stock fish and allow to boil before adding the rice and beans. Remember that the rice and beans are fully cooked and require only a small amount of liquid to simmer.

Step 7: Combine all ingredients, season to taste, and boil until the water evaporates.

Step 8: Remove from heat and serve.

Additionally, when cooking you need to try adding a small quantity of scent leaves (nchuanwu or efirin) or substitute with basil leaves you can consider the taste if it’s better for you.
