Fried rice isn’t complete without eggs, so our recipe is for egg-fried rice! It also contains several of the standard veggies that you would expect, like carrots, onions, and peas.

Step 1: Season the eggs. Mix them with a little sesame oil, aminos, and salt.

Step 2: Cook the vegetables! Stir sauté the vegetables. A few minutes later, add the onions, and finally, add the garlic. Set these aside.

Step 3: Cook the eggs. Quickly stir-fry or scramble the eggs in a small amount of vegetable oil until they are barely set. Add them to the bowl of carrots and onions.

Step 4: Heat a small amount of vegetable oil and sesame oil, then fry the rice in a firm, level layer in the heated pan. Allow the rice to fry for a few minutes before tossing it around and frying again. Repeat approximately four times.

Step 5: Bring everything together! Carrots, peas, eggs just add them frozen; they’ll warm up as you mix them in green onions

How to Reheat Fried Rice

Reheating fried rice allows you to enjoy it as if it were newly made. The method you use to reheat your rice will be determined by how it was originally stored.

If the rice was frozen, let it remain in the refrigerator overnight before reheating in the microwave or on the hob (with a large pan) until all moisture from condensation has been absorbed; this way.

If it is stored in the refrigerator, reheat it in the microwave in a covered microwave-safe bowl until the meal is thoroughly heated.
