1. White Rice

2. Black-eyed beans, or your preferred bean

3  Different Meats: 1 kilogramme or more, based on the size of the dish being prepared.

Step 1: Fill a pot with rice and boil. Put beans in another pot and then boil. Now while the rice and beans are cooking, start preparing the stew ingredients.

Step 2: Thoroughly clean and wash the meat. Once the meat is bite-sized, add it to a saucepan. Add curry, Maggi/Knorr cubes, onion, ginger, garlic, and thyme for seasoning. Add seasoning for meat or chicken.

Step 3: Boil and let it cool until the meat is soft. Taste and adjust the salt accordingly. Stir occasionally to ensure that the meat absorbs all of the ingredients. Boil the meat with a little water.

Step 4: Mix tomatoes, pepper, onion, ginger, and garlic together roughly.

Step 5: Place a large skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil, add the sliced onions, and cook for about 2 minutes. Once the oil has risen to the top, pour in the blended tomato mixture and continue to sauté it.

Step 6: Add the broth and cooked meat to the frying pan now. Mix thoroughly and stir. Check for seasoning with a taste of salt and pepper and adjust if needed. 

Step 7: Simmer over medium heat for approximately fifteen minutes. Let it cook with the meat and its juicy water instead of adding any more.

Step 8: Place the rice and beans on a platter, then pour the stew sauce over them. can have Dodo on top as well.
