How to Make Vegetable Soup

To prepare vegetable soup, here are the steps to follow:

1. Wash the beef and stock fish, and put them in a clean pot

2. Add slices of onion, seasoning cube and salt.

3. Combine and place on a low heat and leave to cook for five minutes

4. Add kpomo or cow skin, add a little water, and cook for 10 minutes

5. Add smoked fish and crayfish, and leave for five minutes

6. Remove from heat and keep aside

7. In a separate clean dry pot, put shredded water leaves

8. Add onion slices, crayfish, and palm oil and cook on a low for 10 to 15 minutes or when the water leaf is no longer slimy.

9. Add the protein to the water leaf, add the remaining oil, ogiri, salt, and seasoning cubes, then combine well

10. Leave for five minutes, add the shredded ugu leaves, combine, and leave for three to four minutes

11. Remove from heat. The soup is ready!
